Credit Control Clerk

Chue Wing & Company Limited (ABC Foods) is a leader in FMCG distribution in Mauritius and a major Division of the ABC Group of companies.ABC Foods is looking for a dynamic Credit Control Officer to join our team and shall report to the Accountant.

Key Duties:

• Proactively manage and collect debts of company debtors
• Chase/follow up overdue debtors’ balances to ensure timely payments of debts
• Record and allocate receipts in ERP system
• Prepare debtors reports
• Send client statements on a timely basis
• Assist in negotiating re-payment plans, as required
• Assist in setting up terms and conditions of credit
• Respond and resolve client queries promptly
• Reconciliation of sales and daily takings report
• Review credit notes

Key Qualifications:
