Introduction:

Candidates should possess a good knowledge, skill and experience in data management and analysis and assist GRC in complying with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the Hawksford group. Successful candidates will report to Head of GRC, Mauritius.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Ensure data is properly organised, administered, monitored and stored within the data system
• Review data for accuracy, completeness and consistency
• Support the development, enhancement, optimisation and maintenance of the data system
• Develop and implement data processes
• Develop algorithms, generate reports and statistics
• Perform and monitor data inputs and outputs
• Analyse and validate data
• Assist GRC in the performance of other compliance and risk tasks

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent IT skills (including excel, database management)
• Business level written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking, ability to analyse and reach a decision

• Able to manage multiple tasks/projects, stakeholders, and timelines
