Commissary Operator

Help in the production of dough and pizza toppings.

• Prepare dough for Pizza as per the standard
• Clean and cut vegetables as per the standard
• Maintain Food Safety Standards
• Completes and Ensures checklists are completed daily
• Ensures Receiving of Stock is done as per standards
• Ensures commissary are kept clean
• Help in the receipt of supplies
• Ensure Staff follow Health and Safety Standards
• Prepare a picklist list and do label of all products
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned
