PERSON SPECIFICATION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

School Certificate or equivalent;
-A NC Level 4 in Restaurant & Bar Services from Mauritius
-Institute of Training and Development or equivalent;
-Previous working experience would be an advantage.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND DISPOSITION:

-Good communication skills and organisational ability;
-Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
-Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
-Fluent in both English and French
