MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To plan, implement, organise and co-ordinate the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage service on a daily basis. 
• To  ensure a first class customer service with a pro active attitude towards the work.
• To assure the most efficient operation of food and beverage service offering the maximum in service to hotel guests through good planning and coordination with other departments.
• To ensure that the Kitchen Operations is running in an efficient manner and proper service is offered at all times.
• To ensure the highest health, sanitation and safety standards necessary in food handling and overall kitchen cleanliness.
• To implement and maintain all standards set by the Hotel.
• To constantly thrive to upgrade the food quality and presentation and establish the necessary controls that would assure a high level of quality and consistency.
