Customer Care:
- To greet and welcome customers entering the Shop in a professional manner.
- To attend incoming phone calls and transfer to relevant department.
- To keep an updated list of clients with updated phone numbers, email address at all times
- To ensure that the Front counter area is always kept clean and tidy
- To deal directly with customers as and when required
- To scan barcodes for purchase
Accounting & Administrative
- To handle money accurately
- To receive and process all payments by cash, checks or credit cards
- To issue change and refund due to customers
- To issue receipts
- To count money before and after the use of cash to make sure that amounts are correct and balanced
- To identify and maintain a good knowledge of prices of products
- To calculate total amount of goods or services purchased at the end of the day
- To reconcile sales and payments made
- To bag, box or wrap products
- To be at ease with POS, cash registers, PC and other office tools.
- To mark prices on items as and when requested
Candidate Profile:
Key Skills, Aptitude and Aptitude Required:
- HSC or Equivalent
- Good Numerical skills
- Computer literate and ability to work on POS and Cash register system
- Honest and Trustworthy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet constant deadline
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Pleasant personality, Proactive and Multi tasking
- Flexibility; availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Results focused and Drive to achieve Sales Target
