Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the potential candidate will be responsible for the following:
Customer Service
- Welcome walk-in customers, process orders and issue invoices for all products.
- Maintain good customer service relations and image of the Customer Service.department.
- Assist in handling telephone calls, fax, email and WhatsApp messages.
- Assist in handling customer complaints.
KPI
- Submit monthly sales figures to management.
- Responsible to clear incomplete orders on SAP on a weekly basis.
- Keep accurate record of orders in “Journal de Vente”.
- Creation of orders for White & Black oils on SAP.
Invoicing
- Responsible for invoicing.
- Ensure invoicing, release and posting are done within next 48 hours following delivery.
- Ensure closing in a timely manner.
Others
- Ensure proper archiving of documents.
- Provide support to Customer Service Manager.
- Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in management/ business administration/ marketing
- Previous experience in customer service
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
- Proficient in MS Office package and SAP
- Proven ability of being a good team player
