CATERING OFFICER - BEACHCOMBER CATERING

Beachcomber Catering is looking a motivated Catering Officer to join their Operations Department

 

Main responsibilities:

 •To be responsible of doing the daily planning with reference to flight schedule;

•Responsible for the good running of all office assets;

•To communicate to departments concerning reception of any mails or documents regarding operations activities;

• To ensure that trucks have their safety belts and wheel chucks, to make sure that they are being loaded according to aircraft galley and that all items have been loaded before leaving BC

Qualifications and profile:

 • SC or equivalent

• Past Experiences in Flight Catering

Other Requirements:

 •High level of integrity

•Passionate about flight catering

•Good communication skills

•Ability to work under pressure

•Valid Food Handler’s Certificate

•Willingness to work odd hours and, weekends and public holidays

•A clean certificate of character is a must
