Baggage Handler

Responsible for handling customers’ luggage at airport

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with our airport representatives and drivers
• Welcome Concorde’s guests in a polite and courteous manner
• Responsible for prompt, accurate and careful handling of customers’ luggage
• Assist in loading and unloading of luggage
  • Ensure the safety and  security of luggage on roof rack
  • Guide customers to their respective transportation
  • Assist handicapped passengers
  • Ensure that bottles of water are placed in all vehicles before arrival of clients
  • Be professionally well groomed
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the quality of service offered
