Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the investment sector, is looking for an Assistant Accountant.
Our client, in the investment sector, is looking for an Assistant Accountant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the day to day transaction on the computerised accounting system.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and ensure that proper accounting records are kept and up to date.
- Preparation of monthly and annual statutory returns.
- Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements for the group in compliance with IFRS.
- Preparation of budget and forecast.
- Preparation of analytical and statistical information.
- Liaising with external auditors.
- Involvement in the Treasury function (Cash flow).
- Stock reconciliation and management
- Maintaining fixed asset registers.
Qualification:
- Fully/Partly Qualified ACCA.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar position
- Fully conversant with excel/word and an accounting package.
