Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, an international telecommunication company, is looking for an Administrator.

 

Our client, an international telecommunication company, is looking for an Administrator.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist Operations, Sales, Solutions and Finance departments in reporting, reviewing quotations, compiling tender documents and other administrative duties.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collect and summarise information and data from reports and plans; analyse and highlight important issuesand follow up on action points.
  • Collect, collate and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly and adhoc reports as instructed by given deadlines.
  • To collate and submit sales related information to the Manager for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Receive Request for Tender from Sales Department.
  • Review the Tender and issue Responsibility Matrix to all the relevant parties.
  • Ensure that all parties return the relevant requested information by set deadlines.
  • Compile the tender.
  • Submit to the Head of Operations for sign off.
  • Submit the Tender to relevant party.
  • Review and approve all quotation issued by the Operations Department.
  • Complete all customer and supplier registration forms and compile all relevant documentation as requested.
  • To action any Projects as assigned by the Heads of Departments and CEO.
  • To act as back up for the receptionist.

Qualification:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent.
  • Administration Diploma or Degree preferable.
  • 5+ years in an administrative role.

Candidate profile:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
  • Strong Reporting and numerical skills.
  • Working knowledge of an Accounting package preferable.
  • Self-motivated/proactive, independent worker and strong team player.
  • Takes initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent organisational and good time Management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office - Word/Excel/MS Outlook.
