Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the park financial operations and ensure compliance with established accounting controls and procedures
  • Prepare and distribute float for cashiers
  • Assist in the Cash in and Cash out process as and when required
  • Identify and communicate any cash and accounting related issues to management promptly
  • Reconcile and balance cash floats during the day
  • Ensure all finance documents related to banking are filled in- Void/discrepancy/cash in bank and banking report and sent to relevant parties
  • Extract, analyse and query about FOC, Turnstile, Discount/Cession, open check reports and any promotional campaigns/new incentives programme implemented in the park, among others
  • Carry out surprised cash counts and spot checks in different outlets of the park
  • Assist in inventory counts and input inventory count sheet for the park as requested
  • Conduct regular spot checks in the Kitchen, Retail and any other stores (stock and non-stock items) and report any wastage and other variances
  • Verify specific billing done on POS through reports such as Check Tender Details, Product Mix Revenue & Discount Detail Report and query if need arises
  • Responsible for Events reconciliation billing vs. Events calendar and reporting is sent to Finance
  • Responsible for petty cash and its reconciliation for the park (day-to-day expenditure, taxi float, tyres float)
  • Responsible for license payment and renewal for the park
Candidate’s Profile:
  • Hold at least a Higher School Certificate and/or alternate equivalent qualification.
  • A National Certificate Level 4 in Front Office or Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an advantage                                                                         
  • Have as minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Organizational skills
