The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the general administrative and Clerical duties of the Head Office and perform duties under the responsibility of the Deputy CEO
Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma in Administration or Management
- Information Technology Literate / Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position

- Communicate fluently in both English & French
- Ability to perform efficiently with minimum supervision and within deadline

Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management
- Company Insurance follow-up
- Draft, type, email, copy and scan documents
- Supervise and plan Driver, Office Attendants and Receptionist tasks
- Attend Meetings and take minutes thereof
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks
- Provide support to Management
- Assist in daily office requirements and needs
- Coordinate any required repairs of office equipment
- Ensure confidentiality of both verbal and written information
- Filing of documents
- Act as a compliance officer in terms of legislation and regulations already in force and to be put in place
- Assist the legal advisor in the daily operations: drafting and amending contracts, constitutions, MOU; liaise with the notary/barristers/financial institutions and auditors
- Provide assistance in terms of company secretary
