Rogers Capital Corporate Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the team in the day-to-day administrative works such as Filing, scanning, renaming & saving of all clients documents.

 

Skill(s) required:

  • At least 1 years’ experience as Clerk
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Computer literate and detail-oriented
  • Be confident, pleasant, friendly and an active listener
  • Excellent team player and strong sense of integrity
Duties:

  • Assist in implementing filing systems to streamline the productivity process and ensure records are easy to locate and maintain.
  • Build and maintain complete, accurate and confidential filing system. Sort, organise and maintain office and client records accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure up to date indexing for quick retrieval of information. 
  • Monitor the system for statements from various banks and dispatching to the relevant administrators.
  • Digitalise all necessary documentation and store in electronic form.
  • Maintain a log of all outgoing files to ensure documents are returned in a timely manner. 
  • Manage all user requests related to document.
  • Work directly with other employees on a daily basis to answer records-related questions.
  • Review the filing section periodically to ensure records are categorised properly and are being maintained in a good condition.
  • Perform any other clerical tasks that may be assigned by immediate Supervisor.
  • Work on new projects assigned and meet deadlines.
  • Be committed to excellence and promote efficiency by setting personal example of corporate values (Agility, Pioneering & Excellence)
