Our client an international company is recruiting an Administrative Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Gathering and preparing of certificates and Tax Attestations for each employee
- Update of Crew Asci files and function list
- Assisting in the preparation of Personal Income Tax related matters
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll
- Preparing and issuing of outgoing invoices – Debit notes & Rechargings
- Filing and record keeping of the Personnel in the Registry (Electronic and hard copy)
- Ad hoc administrative work assigned by HR Colleagues such as making photocopies, scanning, filing electronically and manually of documents.
Profile of the candidate:
- Degree Holder in Management / Administration with proven work experience - at least three years’ experience
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills
- Proactive with attention to detail
