To perform secretarial and administrative duties and assist the Manager.

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and coordinate incoming calls
  • Draft official letters upon request and perform monthly invoicing
  • Raise Purchase Orders on ERP System and do follow-up
  • Assist in the tendering exercise
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Keep track records of labour resources on sites
  • Follow up extension or termination of contracts
  • Capture the daily attendance of employees on the time and attendance system
  • Allocate job numbers on all entries made on the time and attendance system

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum HSC
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office 

Other Requisites:

  •  Self-organizer with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation with a professional manner
