Administrative Assistant
Our client based in Bambous, is looking for an Admin Assistant.
Working days & Hours
Monday to Friday
8: 00 – 4: 00
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field is advantageous.
