Our client in the advertising sector is seeking to recruit a talented Admin & Accounts Officer.
Responsibilities:
Administration Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact between the organization and stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence and phone calls efficiently.
- Execute all administrative tasks effectively.
- Take responsibility for employee wellness.
- Address and respond to all employee queries promptly.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Manage other HR-related tasks as required.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Accounts Officer with data entry tasks.
- Update receivables' and payables' accounts regularly.
- Participate in month-end account closing activities.
- Maintain files and documentation meticulously, following Company Policy and accepted accounting practices.
Profile:
- HSC/Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 1.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
- Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and Time Management skills.
- Team-oriented work ethics.
- Excellent communication and have an eye for detail.
