The client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive
The Accounts Executive will work closely with the Client Service Manager and the Managing Director in the management of brand portfolio and smooth running of the client service department.
Interface with various agency departments to move projects through on behalf of the client: meeting head of division on creative, media, production finance issues, scheduling, timing and billing;
He/She is expected to have an input in the development of brand strategies, marketing plans and communication strategies for clients;
Responsible for assisting in carrying out the plan on a daily basis;
Analyse the competition activities and draw some conclusions from them;
Work on creative briefs and conduct briefing sessions with the relevant teams;
Attend meetings and receive client briefings and debriefs;
Prepare and sends contact report to client after each meeting;
Keep appraised of clients brands/products/services/marketing development;
Respond promptly to all client communications, calls and emails;
Check creative/production materials, layouts and production artwork, seek for approval from Client Service Director and coordinates client approval;
Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant agency.
