We are currently recruiting an Account Officer  to join the accounting department of our company!

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Account for purchase invoices from suppliers

- Reconciliation of suppliers' account

- Account for cash & bank transactions

- Maintain fixed assets register

- Sales reconciliation

- Bank reconciliation

- Solve any issues with regards to debtors with credit control team

- Assist in payroll preparation

- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly account

- Perform any other cognate duties assigned to you

- Knowledge of CSG, PAYE and VAT

Your profile:

- HSC with Acca level 2

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the accounting field

- Knowledge of Quickbook will be an advantage

- Ability to work odd hours, when necessary
