Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Preparing job adverts.
  2. Reviewing application forms.
  3. Shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates to fill vacant positions.
  4. Time and attendance Management.
  5. Create and maintain accurate employee records.
  6. Provide support and assistance to employees to understand policies & procedures.
  7. Handling and resolving employee grievances to maintain good employee relations across the company.
  8. Handling disciplinary concerns in accordance with labour laws.
  9. Developing or setting up of new company policies as and when the need arises.
  10. Carrying out Employee Counselling Sessions with staffs whenever the need arises.
  11. Provide initiatives and ideas to improve staff welfare and nurture a positive environment.
  12. Promote engagement and strategies to ensure low turnover. 
  13. Undertake any other duties as assigned by management to support HR and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR generalist.
  3. Knowledge and experience of Local Labour Laws are a must.
  4. High proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
  5. Excellent Communication skills.
  6. High Level of integrity and confidentiality.
  7. Flexible to work night shifts.
