Waiter Responsibilities:
- Warmly greets and assists guests with seating and orders.
- Demonstrates menu knowledge, communicates orders to the kitchen, and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Manages reservations and utilizes suggestive selling techniques to enhance revenue.
- Maintains clean tables, prepares cutlery, and conducts inventory checks.
- Responsible for setup, service, and clearing of outdoor events/functions.
- Operates cashier system, adheres to audit procedures, and prepares accurate guest bills.
- Handles cash and credit card transactions following standard protocols.
- Sets up the bar, dispenses beverages, and ensures cleanliness and safety.
- Gathers guest feedback, communicates it to the F&B team, and prepares necessary reports for audits and administrative requirements.
Job Profile:
- At least SC
- Good communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work in team
- Ability to work odd hours/overtime as and when required
