You will lead a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional service to corporate banking and SME clients, IB customers and those in trade finance. This role involves overseeing client service operations while ensuring strict adherence to bank’s policies and procedures.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team dedicated to delivering high-quality client services across corporate banking & SME, international banking, and trade finance.
  • Foster a collaborative and client-focused team culture.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.  
  • Manage and resolve complex client issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to educate clients on the bank’s product and services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of client services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with the banking regulations.
  • Act as primary point of contact for escalated client issues and concerns.
  • Implement process improvement to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Monitor and report on client service performance metrics ; Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to team members.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Detail-Oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality service standards.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, Banking &Finance, or any related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirement in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services related to corporate & SME, International Banking and trade finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in client services within a bank, with exposure to corporate Banking & SME, International Banking and Trade Finance.
