TELESALES AND INVOICING CLERK

PNL is looking for a Telesales & Invoicing Clerk for its Consumer Department.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Achieve calls target.

• Contact existing and potential customers for sales prospects.

• Maintain an up-to-date customer database.

• Process orders in an accurate and timely manner.

PROFILE:

• Proven experience as telesales representative will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
