Nous cherchons un 'Stewarding / cleaner' pour un de nos clients, situer à Chamarel.

Duties and responsibilities for roles of a steward/cleaner:

  1. Cleaning and Sanitizing:

    • Clean and sanitize various areas such as kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces.
    • Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  2. Dishwashing:

    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
    • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items.
  3. Waste Management:

    • Dispose of waste and garbage in a proper and environmentally friendly manner.
    • Sort and recycle materials as per the designated guidelines.
  4. Organization and Stocking:

    • Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure that cleaning products are replenished as needed.
  5. Supporting Kitchen Operations:

    • Assist chefs and kitchen staff by cleaning and organizing kitchen workspaces.
    • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.
  6. Floor Maintenance:

    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Address spills promptly to prevent accidents.
  7. Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:

    • Adhere to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
    • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  8. Team Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  9. Customer Service:

    • Provide a clean and pleasant environment for customers or guests.
    • Respond to customer requests or inquiries related to cleanliness.
  10. Adaptability:

    • Be flexible and willing to assist in various tasks as needed.
    • Adapt to changes in the work environment or schedule.
  11. Attention to Detail:

    • Pay attention to small details to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance.
    • Identify and address cleanliness issues promptly.
  12. Time Management:

    • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
  13. Equipment Maintenance:

    • Report any malfunctioning cleaning equipment and assist in its maintenance.
