Our client, in the Sales sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join its team.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing activities.
Profiles:
- Bachelor's degree in sales and Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in construction.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is defintely a plus.
- Hold a valid driving license.
