Brink's Mauritius is looking for Field Leaders and Managers to consolidate its structure and reinforce its position in providing quality customer experiences.
Key responsibilities :
-Act as the main interface between Brinks and its clients about all security services provided by the company.
-Support the strategic objectives of the department and deploy for successful implementation on field
-Provide expert risk management advices to clients including risk assessment, security solutions and recommendations
-Manage the field team in view of providing quality service as per Brink's standards
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Minimum Qualifications :
-At least 3 years of experience in a management position. A security and or facilities background/knowledge would be appreciated though not mandatory
-Excellent French & English verbal & written
-Willingness to work flexible hours
-A valid and clear certificate of character and driving license
