Floreal International Limited is Seeking for an enthusiastic and proactive procurement officer to join its purchasing department. Please note that it will be on prime a l'emploi basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Purchase goods and services that meet specifications.
Identify and select reliable suppliers who can provide the required goods and services
Raise purchase orders free from any error in terms of quality, quantity price and other buying terms and send to vendor in time.
Ensure no late delivery and aim at no occurrence from buying side.
Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods received are recorded on time.
Inspect wherever required the purchased products upon delivery and report any issues timely.
Clear non conformed goods with vendor till replacement & satisfaction by customer.
Launch reports on purchases made and performany analyses.
Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
Qualification & skills:
High school diploma.
Proven Working experience in procurement activities.
Practical experience with any purchasing software.
Strong analytical and negotiationskills.
Sound research and networking skills.
Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of supply base in Mada
Master English both spoken and written
