Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take detailed meeting minutes.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.
-Ensure office supplies is available.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, resulting in improved financial record-keeping and vendor relationships.
- Manage Executives' schedules and prioritized appointments.
- Assist on Human Resources deliverables as and whenever required.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Assist in the on boarding process for new hires
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
