What You'll Do:

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in the overall development of the organization's human resources functions. You will be responsible for a range of tasks related to time and attendance management, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and day-to-day HR administration. Your goal is to ensure the effective utilization of human capital to drive the organization's success and foster a positive work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and carrying out reference checks.
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor and ensure accurate recording of employee attendance on the timekeeping software system , including regular hours, overtime, absences, and leaves.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce employees to the TW Stores’ mission & vision, culture, values, policies and employee welfare benefits.
• Support employee career development initiatives by identifying and promoting continuous learning opportunities.
• Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with payroll personnel to provide accurate attendance data for payroll processing, including verifying time records and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide support in TW Stores’ performance management process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in industrial relations matters and ensure excellent employer-employee relations.
• Collaborate on engagement initiatives that will promote employee engagement and create a performance-driven culture.
• Assist in the compilation of HR data / analysis through generation of reports for management review and decision making.
• Perform any other cognate duties within the scope of responsibilities.
