Serves as a front-line representative for the dealership. Greets customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate party.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all customers and working personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer basic customer inquiries.
- Refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Book appointment for servicing and other services to customers via the Dealership Management Software
- Provide administrative support to the Management Team of the dealership as and when required.
Qualifications and Profile
- Minimum HSC.
- 2 years' work experience in a similar position would be a advantage.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organisation and multi-tasking activities
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Team-player.
