To cater for the design, deployment and maintenance of BMS/electrical systems and equipment (Systems Building Contracting Ltd).
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical system as per clients’/consultants’ specifications
- Manage project teams and organize site works
- Follow up progress of works with Project Coordinators and Supervisors
- Monitor procurement and quality of products
- Oversee budgeted cost with actual cost of project
- Monitor project claims
- Conduct site surveys to identify and correct power system problems
Qualifications & Experience
- BEng in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (recognised by CRPEM)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position
- Fully conversant with electrical shop drawings and construction drawings
- Registration with the CRPEM would be an advantage
Other Requisites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player who can work under pressure
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
