Driver/Messenger

The purpose of this role is to ensure delivery of dispatch needs and drive employees to meetings when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently despatch documents to stakeholders by effective planning works and routes
• Obey all traffic laws and regulations and speed limits.
• Maintain the duty vehicle in a clean operating condition.
• To work in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Optimize use of dispatch and vehicle operation.
• Inform for Scheduling regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Safely and timely drive Management staff to occasions and meeting outside office

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum a School Certificate 
• A valid driver's license (private car)
• Proven experience as Driver
• A clean driving record 

Knowledge and Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Familiarity with GPS devices

Behavioural Competencies

• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
