We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and innovative Chef De Partie to consolidate our team of committed Artists and if you consider that you share these values, submit your application.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the sequence of food production is respected
  • Take feedback from the Chef to ensure guest satisfaction 
  • Verify orders and guests' allergies at the start of each shift
  • Plan the work and give instructions to assistant cook or cook
  • Check and record refrigerators' temperature
  • Report any temperature anomaly to Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef
  • Prepare dishes as per menu
  • Taste all preparations to ensure quality standard
  • Assist in training of new recruits or existing team
  • Deliver cooking classes
  • Ensure statutory Health & Safety standards in working area
Profile
  • School Certificate/NC3 Food Production
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Previous experience in a similar position or 2 years as Demi Chef de Partie in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
