Café Operator

Reporting to the F&B Services Manager the selected candidate will have to:

What you will be doing:

• Provide high standards of customer service (both service and cashiering duties) at cafe and canteen
• Ensure strict adherence to customer service , safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties
• Checks with customers to ensure that they enjoying their meals and takes corrective actions where necessary
• Always promotes upselling of food products
• Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers

What are we looking for?

• Minimum secondary Education
• A minimum of 1 year experience in similar position
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communication and numerical skills
• Customer focus and attentive to details
• Ability to work on pressure and shift system
