Your Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements from various stakeholders and data related to the usage and performance of the platform.
• Translating business needs and problems into technical solutions and actionable test cases.
• Identify potential defects, edge cases, and usability issues and recommend improvements to business processes.
• Design comprehensive test cases that cover various functionalities, user scenarios, and error conditions.
• Execute test cases manually and using automation tools.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and defects in the software clearly and concisely and monitor their progress until they are resolved.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication are essential to gather requirements, ensure everyone understands the testing process, present findings, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills are needed to gather, analyze data, and identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Expert problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and recommend improvements to business processes.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma and Google Analytics and a basic understanding of core technical concepts are valuable assets.
• Proficiency in testing tools like TestSigma.
• A keen eye for detail to identify even minor discrepancies or usability problems.
• Be a lifelong learner who stays up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Fluent in English.
