The Assistant - Leasing will attend to all customer and dealers’ queries and handle request from direct customers, on board clients onto our leasing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client’s query by mail, telephone or in person as may be required.
- Extract MCIB reports and submission of reports as and when required by sales team.
- Assist clients in the completion of any required documentation
- Ensure sales log are updated accurately and timeously.
- Follow up of client's applications for complete and timely delivery
- Follow up for necessary approvals from supporting Business Units.
- Ensure follow up of completeness of file (KYC Documents) and ensure timeframes are respected as per flaws monitoring list
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide efficient and effective business relationship to dealers and suppliers.
Candidate's Profile:
- Familiar with Microsoft suites (word, excel)
- Good communication skills
- HSC minimum
