The Assistant F&B Manager assists with the management and daily operations of all food and beverage protocol He is called to replace him/her at the head of the department whenever he/she is absent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES :
- Improve the Food & Beverage Customer Satisfaction rating.
- To ensure adequate yield and profitability of F&B Operation
- To set annual and periodic objectives for all F&B outlets.
- To continuously introduce new concepts and ideas to develop the F&B services
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- National Diploma in Hotel Management with specialization in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Luxury Hotel Operations & Management as Assistant F&B Manager or experience similar position
- Familiar with HACCP or ISO 22000 procedures and practices.
