Oversee all quantity surveying activities and follow-up ongoing projects.
Reporting to the Senior Construction Surveyor, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site survey as and when required
- Conduct site visits for ongoing projects
- Liaise with sub-contractors, prepare subcontract agreement and progress payment as per allowable
- Prepare and follow up monthly application of payment certificates with all relevant back up
- Follow up on variation works and pricing of same on a constant basis
- Assist with the preparation of materials requirements for sites
- Advise clients on technical matters
- Assist the estimating team for pricing of tenders, as and when required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Fully conversant with shop drawings and construction drawings
- Minimum 1 years of experience acquired preferably in a contracting environment
Other Requisites:
- Quick response for resolving operational issues
- Self-organised and flexible on working hours
