Description:
As a Sourcing Specialist you will have the responsibility of executing an accurate sourcing strategy for one of Amaris’ business lines. Your tasks will include:
Researching candidates profiles and projects
Collecting and analyzing all relevant information about the position
Matching of the perfect candidates with positions and the business line using the internal database
Develop consistent search agents on internal database
Creation of job offers
Completing candidate information’s and mapping their skills
Develop a specialized network on social media
Participation in the discovery and identification of new recruitment tools
Propose ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process
Profile:
*You possess a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
*You have at least 6 to 12 months of experience in Recruitment or Human Resource.
*You speak fluent English and French and another language will be an advantage.
*You are rigorous, eager to learn and independent.
*You have good communication skills and the ability to identify talents and to match them with the best opportunities.
