Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a leading international player in marine services, is looking for a Quality Manager and Compliance Officer.

 

Our client, a leading international player in marine services, is looking for a Quality Manager and Compliance Officer.

The successful candidate will ensure the deployment, implementation and improvement of the the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) at the Affiliate Organization in line with the quality management principles stated in the Quality Policy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Compliance Program is fully understood, deployed and implemented.
  • Guarantee that Compliance and Ethics Policy and compliance guidelines are implemented and respected.
  • Act as a permanent advisor for Compliance topics.
  • Ensure the application of annual Corporate Quality Plans and develop the compliant and corresponding Affiliate Annual Quality Plan.
  • Manage, map and optimize the Organization processes and ensure its interfaces with the respective Corporate processes.
  • Manage the Office Audits and Inspections Program, apply and ensure compliance to the Audit Protocol and manage the certification processes.
  • Manage non-conformities, awards, complaints and suggestions for improvement.
  • Deploy and manage the Corporate Quality training programs at the Affiliate Organisation.
  • Ensure control of documents and records indicated in the Affiliate processes and recommend new documents or records to the corresponding Process Owner whenever deemed necessary.
  • Control and monitor compliance (guidelines, Company ethic principles, appropriate documentation, adequate booking, etc.).
  • Provide Compliance Guidance where needed and regular compliance training to onshore and offshore personnel.
  • Alert of any alleged or identified breach in compliance rules.

Qualification:

  • Confirmed experience as a Quality Manager and experience in the offshore industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (ISO9001, OVID, OVMSA, ISM/ISPS, ISO, MLC).
  • Knowledge of offshore operations, vessels, crews & conditions.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • French is a plus
  • Analytical mind

  • Well-organized, manage priorities, stress management
  • Listening and communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
