Our Client, Tusk Contracting Ltd is a well-established organisation which offers its services in subcontracting works in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean. It provides solutions in waterproofing, industrial and decorative flooring, concrete repairs, and ventilation.

Main Duties:

• Assist in organising, directing and monitoring of the flooring department to provide a wide range of high quality products to individual, commercial & industrial clients
• Provide technical assistance to the team; ensure high quality and service standards are met
• Monitor quality of work in progress to ensure that agreed time-frames are met; provide hands-on assistance as & when required
• Ensure that health & safety protocols are followed

 Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum SC, with a relevant technical qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory / technical role

 Ideal Profile:

• Good supervisory skills
• Good technical knowledge
• Ready & motivated to learn
• Ready to work during week-ends (as & when required)
• Possess a clean car driving license
