The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Human Resource Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection
• Induction
• Training and development
• Compensation and benefits
• Performance Management
• Deal with IR issues - grievances, etc
• HR Administrative tasks
• Implementation of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bsc Human Resource Management from a recognized University
• At least 3 years experiences

Candidate profile:

• Strong and outgoing personality
• Holder of a valid driving licence
• Committed and willing to work on odd hours
