Checkout.com is actively looking for a talented and motivated Underwriting Intern to join this summer and support the team monitoring our portfolio of merchants.

Summary

Checkout.com is actively looking for a talented Underwriting Intern to join this summer and support the team monitoring our portfolio of merchants.

The Underwriting Intern will be responsible for maintaining our merchants onboarding database as well as provide support on ad-hoc projects (e.g. merchants agreements addendum etc.) 

This role offers a unique exposure to our core business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders and grow a solid knowledge of the ecommerce industry and ecosystem.  

The ideal candidate has good attention to details and the ability to work independently in a high-paced environment. 

Skills & Experience

  • BSc Management or equivalent - Student or fresh graduate
  • Good analytical skills, ability to analyse complex data
  • Internet/Technology-Savvy 
  • Ability to approach problems in a quantitative and qualitative manner
  • Understanding of Risk Management is a plus
  • Fluent in English
