Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Litigation and Recovery Officer (Claims department).

 

Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Litigation and Recovery Officer (Claims department).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare, lodge and follow up of recovery cases with Third Party Insurers or other Third Parties.
  • Negotiate recovery cases with Third Party insurers and other Third Parties.
  • Represent the company in recovery cases before the court.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Law or Professional insurance qualifications or progress towards.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position or as an Attorney’s Clerk handling recovery or litigation.

Candidate profile:

  • Be proactive and dynamic
  • Have good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Be a team player
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools
