Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for Recovery and Litigation Assistant (Claims department).
The successful candidate will be responsible to perform administrative duties.
Main responsibilities:
- Attend to phone calls and queries about Recovery and Litigation.
- Receive email correspondence, sort and assign to appropriate recovery or litigation officers or claims handlers.
- Update recoveries and legal cases data on the system.
- Request and monitor police or other reports including medical reports or forensic reports.
- Sort and prepare Recovery and Litigation reports.
- Follow up of meetings with Third Party Insurers.
Qualification:
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Working experience in an Attorney’s office, in debt recovery or in credit control would be an advantage.
Candidate profile:
- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Be a team player
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools
