Responsibilities:

• Ensure all aspects of secretarial duties and functions are in compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Undertake clients’ file reviews
• Establish compliance standards
• Advise on compliance related issues
• Assist the team in driving the business forward and provide a first class service to our clients in compliance  implementation

Profile:

• University degree preferably an LLB holder or ISCA graduate / STEP
• 2-3 working relevant experience in the global business sector
• Sound knowledge of financial and non-financial services sector and the legal and regulatory framework in Mauritius
• Excellent report writing abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
