Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Client Services Representative (health department).

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide service and communicate with corporate clients insured directly with the insurance and ensure effective follow up.

Main Responsibilities:

• Underwrite/assess all Health insurance businesses.
• Attend to telephone calls from Clients, Brokers and Agents and respond effectively and promptly to them.
• Abide to Underwriting and Claims Guidelines set by Reinsurers and Manager.
• Process Travel and Assistance Insurance and Healthcare Insurance on I-Series System.
• Perform signing of policy documents, renewal documents and endorsement documents.
• Issue quotation to Clients, Brokers and Agents.
• Issue certificate of insurance to Clients, Brokers and Agents.
• Issue Tax Certificate.
• Provide feedback to Managers and Coordinators and assist them in daily duties.
• Perform any other cognate duties that may arise.

Qualification:

• HSC or equivalent and Professional insurance qualification will be an advantage
• At least 2 years’ working experience in customer service
• Working experience in health insurance and insurance field will be an advantage
