The main role of the management executive is to assist the senior management (CEO/COO) to achieve the vision and mission of the Geroudis group of companies through the implementation of the various strategic and tactical plans.
This is a role for a manager to be, who wants to have hands on experience in the various functions of a company (HR, Administration, Sales, Marketing, Quality Management, Process Improvement, Legal) to have a broad view of a company operations.

This role will not have direct reporting lines, though will involve working ad influencing other employees in parallel/matrix reporting lines.
A lesser qualification may be accepted if this is compensated by suitable demonstrable real world experience.
This role will be based in a fast paced, fact changing start-up type environment and as such requires an individual with exceptional skills in the following:

Fixed period for 6 months with high probability of being converted to a permanent role upon satisfactory completion of the assignment.
