Product Owner – Digital Experience

C-Care, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group, owning and operating the two main private healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely C-Care Darné and C-Care Wellkin Hospital. C-Care also owns and manages C-Care Clinic and C-Lab.

C-Care is looking for a dynamic Product Owner – Digital Experience who will serve as the key liaison between Transformation, IT, Data Analytics, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, HR, and external providers to coordinate the implementation of improvements and new features. The Product Owner will champion the product vision defined by the Chief Transformation Officer and the Head of Transformation & Operational Efficiency, transforming it into actionable roadmaps and backlog priorities.

What you will be doing?

• Ensure the operational upkeep, performance, and enhancement of the assigned digital tools.
• Serve as the point of contact for feature requests, incident follow-ups, and solution evolution.
• Act as the voice of patients, doctors, and staff in all product discussions.
• Drive awareness and engagement campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams.
• Work closely with IT (Infrastructure and Systems teams) to manage technical dependencies and resolve issues.
• Translate high-level vision into detailed product requirements and backlog.
• Assist the Head of Transformation & Operational Efficiency to develop internal adoption strategies and materials for awareness campaigns.
• Conduct onboarding or demo sessions when new features are launched.
• Promote success stories and usage results to build momentum across business units.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in digital Innovation, Business, IT, or equivalent. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital product ownership, project management, or UX-centered roles. Experience in healthcare is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of digital UX/UI design principles and customer journey optimization.
